You are a member of the transformation team who steers the transformation of our IT organization towards an agile way of working. Together with the product owner, key stakeholders and fellow coaches you define and carry out the transformation roadmap and remove impediments to agility across the enterprise.
As part of our internal transformation team you help to design new agile structures within our organization and support the implementation of such structures with appropriate tools from change management. With assertiveness and composure you consistently demonstrate, promote and defend agile values. You establish feedback cycles, define metrics and design experiments to track the transformational progress. You help to analyze existing and new value streams across the organization to optimize for flow.
You help to establish and continuously improve agile product teams in finding a working mode for value creation based on self-organization, cross-functionality and customer focus. You coach and enable the product owners and other team members to fulfill their roles and facilitate agile ceremonies such as planning or replenishment meetings, daily standups and retrospectives. You have a keen sense for the different needs of people and are used to facilitate a solution in difficult conflict situations, also. You also support other units throughout the organization who may have varying understanding and implementation of agile practices.
You stay on top of agile and lean trends and inject new ideas along with respective experiments into the organization. You share your experiences and learnings with fellow coaches.
